FLAVOUR FIRST
Using only the finest ingredients, Lulu is passionate about creating distinctive and delicious flavour combinations. All of the cakes at Lulu’s Primrose Bakery are freshly made to order using real butter, Devon-based, Little Pod Real Vanilla and the finest couverture Belgium chocolate. All conserves are either handmade by Lulu or locally sourced from Devon-based, Waterhouse Fayre.
All cakes contain three perfectly even layers of sponge with two generous layers of filling, so they look exquisite when cut. Each tier is at least 5 - 6 inches deep. Buttercream and Fondant covered cakes are coated with an indulgent layer of white chocolate ganache to ensure a sharp, well-structured finish.
Lulu’s Primrose Bakery does not offer eggless, gluten, vegan or dairy free cakes.
CLASSIC VANILLA
Vanilla Genoese sponge, layered with whipped vanilla buttercream and handmade summer berry conserve.
CHOCOLATE FUDGE
Decadent, rich chocolate mud cake layered with a dark (or milk) Belgian chocolate ganache.
TOFFEE & SALTED CARAMEL
Butterscotch toffee sponge layered with a blanket of thick salted caramel sauce and smooth salted caramel buttercream.
DELUXE SALTED CARAMEL
Decadent, rich chocolate mud cake layered with a thick blanket of salted caramel sauce and smooth salted caramel buttercream.
